Good quality flour
Needed cornmea! flour for a bread recipe and this offered good value. It arrived quickly and was well packaged so no damage. The flour worked perfectly in the recipe, and the final loaf was delicious.

Cornmeal for chicken nuggets !
This product is going down a treat ~ I can't cook a morsel of chicken without coating it in this corn meal mixed with maybe some garlic salt or freshly ground garlic ~ or some herbs or lemon powder and lots of black pepper, then dipping into chilly sauce ~ The ideas are endless and gorgeous ~ Making myself hungry !

Cornmeal bread excellent!

Strong taste.
I hadn't used cornmeal before so wasn't sure about it. I made a Victoria Sandwich cake with lemon curd and butter icing filing and we enjoyed it but found the taste over powering for anything else.
