**UPDATE** My frames are still going strong, but I see now that there’s a 7 inch Wi-Fi version of this frame. So glad they came out with that!First off, I never write reviews. But after seeing so many negative reviews about this frame, I just had to. I have bought 5 of these digital photo frames in the past year (the 10” Wi-Fi): Two for myself and 3 as gifts. I’ve never had a problem with any of them. Not only is the design sleek, modern and will fit into any home decor, the display is large, beautiful, and crisp. The app is also easy to use.I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I have not had any of the software problems that others have had, and feel that they must be one offs/lemons.Although photos can be rotated by rotating the frame, I have one frame for my vertical photos and one frame for my landscape/horizontal photos. I love this, and having the option to display both - fully – on the screens. My husband and I love them. We have one in our kitchen and one in our family room, and love getting to see photos of family and friends, along with meaningful quotes that I put on it.My only complaints are:1) I wish you could upload more than 10 photos at a time (for free)2) I wish that the software allowed you to organize your photos into photo albums within the app, that you could switch between. (Like the Amazon Echo Show.). For example, I would love to create an album within the app for Christmas photos, and display only those during the holiday season. This would be a really awesome feature. Maybe one day the Frameo developers will do this!3) I wish it came in a Wi-Fi version of the 7” size4) I wish they would make it in some larger, XL sizes. Even ones big enough to hang on the wall.I love anything acrylic, and I love the look of this digital photo frame. It’s very unique and I get compliments on it all the time! It also makes a GREAT wedding gift or gift for the grandparents, so that you can send photos to their frame (even long-distance.). We bought one for my mother-in-law last Christmas, and she absolutely loves it.I can’t recommend this frame enough!

I bought one for my gmom as a Mother’s Day gift last year. I loved it so much that I went back and bought one for my mom and my boyfriend’s mom a year later. You can have your family download the app and add pictures and videos to the frames whenever and from wherever with the access code to their frames. You can also have access to multiple frames at a time. The frame lets you put a caption on the picture as well as adjust the picture.

I love this beautiful and heavy frame. The pics are super easy to add if you are familiar with the phone/camera on your cell....downloading is pretty straightforward. You can easily change the picture direction on the frame from landscape to horizontal. The first frame I ordered when plugged in, did not come on. I quickly started the return process and that was easy. I received my new frame within 2 days, so no issues if there is a problem. My mom also ordered one, and had no problems. I would definitely order this again or use as a gift!!!6/29/25 UPDATE ON FRAME:I have one, my mom and my son has this frame too. We all still love them , but, after shy of 2 years, one has gone out. It started by freezing up periodically. After a few weeks of that, we heard crackling sounds and now it just went out. No longer comes on. Frame is prettiest of all the digital frames I’ve seen and willing to buy again and take a chance. No issues with our other two like this so I’m hopeful.

Can’t connect to the frame doesn’t have a code that is supposed to have. It let me pick only 10 photos without upgrading and charging for more. Then it won’t let me send them to the frame because it won’t connect! Nice looking frame but it doesn’t help me at all if it won’t let me put pictures on it! Got this for my husband for Christmas and just got around to trying to load pictures so it is out of the return range. Very disappointed!

BEAUTIFUL frame, easy to operate/ upload but the only thing I didn’t like about it is that you can’t upload videos that are longer than 15 seconds… That’s the only reason I gave 4 star

I like these frames I bought a few of the bigger one and I decided to try a 5x7 they never turn off, it doesn’t have the sensor or at least not this model.

I read a bunch of reviews on this frame and almost didn’t buy because of some negatives. But I’m glad I ignored them. Some people just always find something to complain about.This digital frame looks stellar. The clear frame of it is awesome. The screen is clear and bright. And loading photos is super easy using the phone app. You have to load them 10 at a time. So it takes a little time. But it’s kind of fun and not at all burdensome. I love having the clock on it.I would absolutely buy this again for myself and will consider it when I need a gift this year.
