If the blade falls to the floor it stops working... but if you manipulate it and try to press it, it may work normally again.

The media could not be loaded. I've used this thing for a week now, hundreds of openings/closings with no issue. It feels sturdy overall, has a good weight to it and really seems solid. Screws may need to be tightened periodically, but that's not unusual and after a week none of the screws on my unit have loosened at all.The switch to deploy the blade requires enough force that I'm confident it won't open in my pocket while also not being so much that it's a pain to use constantly for a 10hr day.Also, I saw a few reviews saying standard blades won't fit this unit. I have not had this experience. Apparently you need specifically a 60mm blade, I don't know what the industry standard is but the 61mm blades that my company uses in all of our box cutters fit and function perfectly in this frame. No trouble at all with it locking in and staying in place. I've used one everyday this week to make sure it wouldn't fall/jump out or jam, and it didn't.The 5 blades that come with it are also great quality. Sharp and sturdy.10/10 for me, if this mf stops working I'll buy another one. Love it.

The first time I tried it it worked but the spring felt like little too tight it something like that but still it worked as it supposed to do the second time I tried it the blade came out as it supposed to do when I pull the trigger to put back the blade that's when the problem came out the blade got stock in other words the mechanism inside of it I guess it was damage already or the mechanism wasn't put in the correct way I could fix it but what's the point of fixing it if it occurs again an utility knife is one of my daily tools for work I work in a warehouse so I need a retractable utility knife and I'd for my safety I have used other utility knifes but as you might know utility knife are dangerous you can be cut very easy with them or puck you self with in my job must of the time i have to be using utility knife opening boxes I had a retractable utility knife CAT something like that i need but I wanted to try something different because the mechanism of the cat utility knife is just not good enough for whati need it for

Well made, smooth working cutter made with high quality materials. I purchased multiple items after seeing how good the first one was. Makes a great gift.

This tool is perfect! Quick and easy to use. Fits perfectly in my pocket. The only problem i faced was that the pocket clip immediately fell off because the screws weren't tight enough. I don't have a tiny screwdriver to put it back on :(

Works just as intended. Changing the blade is quick and easy. Cuts through plastic wrapping and boxes with ease. Size is perfect to fit in pocket.

Which is the ONLY thing I use it for! 8/13 update: I fixed it. Don’t use it as light prying as you can other knives. 8/9 update: 2nd knife just did it again…🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️7/23: just got replacement. I really love this knife. I hope I can give it five stars. I will raise it to three stars for now.7/20: After FOUR days of use! Open and closed maybe 50 times at most! Now it won’t close. Received July 15, used it at work July 16, 17, 18 & 19. Cutting tape only! No chemicals, NO abuse! IF get FREE and fast replacement, I’ll update review…

The knife as a whole is amazing. Action and blade holder all work and are durable! Locks and clips well with what is offered on the knife!I took a gamble with some 3rd party sk5 blades off of Amazon and they are the same exact fit and finish as the ones that come with the knife!Go to the "KOYOK" store on Amazon and order the "60mm" SK5 blades if you want the OEM fit without having to modify the blade holder or your workshop utility blades!! OEM blades are exactly 60mm, so even a 61mm will not sit flush. Their alternate style(green knife on caresso love) probably takes the same "60mm" blades as well.I wanted a quick action and replaceable bladed knife and this fit the profile for the money! Hope this helps anyone on the edge with buying this knife!●Bottom blades in the picture is the OEM blade sitting over the KOYOK blades! THEY ARE EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE!
