I Purchased this wrench even after seeing the 'frequently returned item' notice. Now grant it, I've only used it one time, but it actually worked pretty well. I used it to tighten the cylinder head on a riding mower, which is itself, a delicate process. And I think that's part of everyone else's issue. You have to go slow with this wrench and seriously listen and watch for the click and slight angle created when it reaches your desired torque level. But overall, it performed exactly as advertised, and the other heavy duty wrenches won't work on delicate projects like this. So all and all, that's what it's for.

May as well just guess how tight you’re going this thing doesn’t work. I was tightening a bolt to 7.2 ft pounds and felt like it was getting pretty tough like there was no way it wasn’t to that torque level yet but I trusted the product and ended up snapping the bolt head off. Now I’m waiting on a bolt extraction kit to fix the problem this caused.
