Seems like a quality product. Sunflower oil really works on BPH issues. I found a less expensive alternative however.

Good price BUT make sure your Doctor is aware that you are taking this product if you are also taking medicinal blood pressure meds.This capsule of pumpkin seed oil lowers blood pressure well enough that it may lower blood pressure TOO much. Good to take by itself.

I think it has been 2 weeks since I started taking these. Seems to be good quality. Don't really have a taste. They are kind of large though. I have noticed little baby hairs on my hairline. I haven't seen much on the crown of my head yet. Due to Hashimoto's my hair has thinned out a lot and I've had a lot of hair fall. I wish this came with saw palmetto included. But overall seems very good

The first bottle I got, the pills were the same as other reviews and of the photos from the seller. I got my second bottle and they are this dark red color. Broke one open to see maybe was just a different capsule, but not the case. I did some research and from what I found online the darker pumpkin seed oil is better quality and should be fine, but still concerning as I didn’t read this anywhere in product description. I did feel my hair was softer while taking the first bottle, capsules were easy to swallow.
