Allewie Queen Size Lift Up Storage Bed, Modern Wingback Headboard, Hydraulic Support, No Box Spring Needed, Light Beige

I have a very small home with one tiny closet. I needed extra storage and this item received terrific reviews. It takestime to assemble, but it's sturdy, easy to use - if you are strong enough to lift with the mattress - easily closes down, and provides a LOT of storage under the mattress. I still have quite a bit of room for other items. I thought I would have filled it up the first time storing things. Also, the hydraulic arms were very dependable. I kept the bed open, with the mattress on it, for hours, while deciding what to store under there, and I never had a problem with the arms sinking down. I am happy, also, that I again have a headboard. The wrap-around base and headboard are beautiful. I even take the time to make my bed now. Sorry, I don't know how to upload photos, but this bed is perfect in my 8 1/2 foot wide bedroom. More than enough room on each side of the frame with a queen size.

I'm always hesitant to buy furniture off of Amazon, but there were enough positive reviews on this one to convince me. I finished putting this together the day, and both looks great and feels sturdy. I can't say how it holds up for the long run, but for now it doesn't squeak or rock at all. The velvet is very soft and makes it look more expensive than it is.The only negatives (and these are understandable considering the durability) are that A.) The package is very heavy (at least 130lbs) for me at least. B.) The build does take a good 2-3 hours. Now it's not difficult to put together, just time consuming. You will need a second person to help you install the gas springs and lift-able base.

I’m really impressed with this bed! The Allewie King Size Bed Frame looks elegant with its tufted headboard and wingback design, and the four under-bed drawers are a game-changer for extra storage. It feels solid and supportive, and I love that it doesn’t require a box spring. Assembly was straightforward and took about an hour. Great value for the price—highly recommend!

This bed is super nice once finished but it took FOUR HOURS to build with another persons help. It was a challenge and not for the faint of heart. The headboard and side materials are well made but the screws are SUPER DIFFICULT and take forever.. on the upside it feels super sturdy. The hydrolics worked as it should I was a little worried we would run into a problem since some of the other reviews mentioned that but thankfully we didn’t face that issue. If you’re committed I say it’s worth the price and looks nice in my room. The storage space underneath is decent, but not super tall, so I’m storing some moving bags underneath with softer things so it has some room to squish down, hard materials it would only fit I think 10 inches. Great for keeping ur room organized and winter clothes or luggage’s put away. The only other complaint is you can kinda see the black bars even when ur mattress is on it and it is closed :/ maybe a bed skirt would help this aesthetically but not sure if it would get caught/in the way of the mechanics used to lift it up and down.

I was skeptical but needed a new bed frame asap. This one offered so much with style and function. It is perfect! offers more support than my previous box springs (King size bed). I have a thick mattress as well as a 4" Lucid gel topper for added comfort. putting it all together has created the most comfortable cloud. The storage under the bed is both generous and genius. a King being so large is heavy to lift. The hydraulic lift does assist making it easier but still kind of heavy. I don't store everyday items under there. More like things being packed away for a bit or hidden. I purchased the beige after a difficult time deciding between that and grey. The Beige is a beige/grey. It blends quite nicely with all the light grey as well as the sand colored things in the room. I couldn't be happier.Assembly was quite difficult as its a king bed and I'm a short person. I did have my teenage son help me as I couldn't reach all the sides needed at once. We followed their instructions as best we could. at the end there seemed to be a gap in steps. we improvised and used common sense. Came out great and is very sturdy! Not a bulky frame either, like others that take up so much room. I am shocked at the quality at this price point. Excellent purchase!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Beautiful bed! Sturdy, not shaky doesn’t move easily. The storage under bed is perfect, exactly what we were looking for. Also, holds more than we expected. Delievered promptly next day, one box all together. Instructions were super clear and easy. Me and my 11 year old put it together in about 2.5 hours 😂 We couldn’t put our box spring on the bed as it wasn’t needed and would be too high with the bed lifting up, which we were concerned about it being too low. But honestly it’s perfect and hasn’t bothered us at all.

Very sturdy and quality bed, the color was accurate and looks nice, good mattress support, was able to put together completely alone, and the directions were easy to follow. Just to flag, it is heavy, had to use a cart to get it up to my apartment from the mail room. No additional tools needed to put together, and lift works great! Much better storage bed than ones with drawers. Fantastic bed for the price.
