Effective Toothpaste
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and I really like it. The taste is super clean and not overly sweet or minty like some other natural toothpastes. It leaves my mouth feeling fresh and I’ve actually noticed my teeth looking a bit brighter since I started using it.I like that it uses nano hydroxyapatite instead of fluoride which I’ve been trying to avoid. My teeth feel smooth and I haven’t had any sensitivity which I sometimes get with whitening products. It’s a little more expensive, but the ingredients and quality feel worth it. Definitely planning to stick with this.

First Dive into Fluoride-Free – And I'm Amazed!
I've always used traditional fluoride toothpaste, but recently, I decided to explore fluoride-free options. After some research, the Boka Fluoride Free Toothpaste with Nano Hydroxyapatite caught my eye, largely because of the science behind n-HA and its promise for sensitive teeth. To be honest, I was pretty unsure what to expect from a toothpaste without fluoride – would it truly clean as well? Would my teeth feel protected?Right off the bat, the "Refresh Mint" flavor was definitely something I had to get used to. It's a different kind of mint compared to what I'm accustomed to with conventional toothpastes – less aggressive, perhaps more natural. After a few uses, though, it really grew on me, and now I actually prefer its clean, subtle freshness. But the real surprise came with the effectiveness. I am genuinely astonished by how well this toothpaste performs! The Nano Hydroxyapatite (n-HA) seems to work wonders. My teeth feel incredibly clean, smooth, and robust after brushing, and I've experienced a noticeable reduction in sensitivity – a huge relief I wasn't entirely expecting from a fluoride-free product. It feels like my enamel is getting the support it needs. For my first foray into fluoride-free oral care, Boka has set an incredibly high bar. Despite the initial adjustment to the flavor, the tangible results in terms of cleanliness, strength, and sensitivity relief have completely won me over. If you're considering making the switch or just curious about what a fluoride-free option can do, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Boka a try. This toothpaste has truly exceeded all my initial expectations!

Great toothpaste. Arrived without a lid.
I love this toothpaste. I've been using Boka for several years. It's not only healthier than fluoride, it also works better for sensitivity than Fluoridex (with Rx strength fluoride and potassium nitrate). It remineralizes the teeth, spares the body the fluoride. I highly recommend Boka toothpaste...However, my last order arrived without a lid. If not for that, I'd give it 5 stars. But the lid is rather important...

Good toothpaste
I really like this toothpaste with the mild mint taste. It seems to clean my teeth without any harsh chemicals and the texture is naive and gives my mouth a nice clean feeling. Also seems to keep my teeth white which is a bonus.

Splurge, it’s worth it!
This product is a must have for dazzling white teeth! A bit pricey, but we’ll worth it! I brush my teeth first with my regular whitening toothpaste and then follow up with my Boka as a second go round. The key is DO NOT rinse with water after spitting, simply wipe your mouth off! You’ll be showing off those pearly whites in no time!

No more cold sensitivity!
So I have been using this for a while and didn’t expect results. Boy was a wrong. So the first thing I noticed after a couple of weeks was my teeth looked whiter but I did use whitening strips before using this tooth paste so I thought maybe the whitening finally took effect. It wasn’t until I ate ice cream that I realized the toothpaste works. I really liked the flavor of this natural honey comb ice cream that I bit into it and kept just biting it. When I was almost done I stopped and looked at my husband and said my teeth don’t hurt. Weird statement to say at an ice cream parlor but I was genuinely shocked because it was like a lightbulb went off in my head and I put two and two together toothpaste + my teeth = white non sensitive can bite into ice cream teeth!!I can’t even drink cold drinks my teeth burn they have been so sensitive since I had Zoom whitening done about 12 years ago and never got better. This toothpaste changed my life. Teeth look healthy white not I just got my teeth whitened white which is awesome and I no longer have any sensitivity to cold food or drinks. It doesn’t taste super minty prob because it’s not loaded with junk so you’ll be a little put off when you first start using it, but you get used to it and the after effects will get you hooked.I haven’t seen my dentist yet and I’m normally her worst nightmare I don’t follow any of her directions so I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing what she has to say. My teeth are fine not terrible but I could do with more flossing (couldn’t we all) and she’s always yelling at me about it so I’m curious what else this toothpaste has done from a medical perspective.

Great toothpaste. Dentist recommended it
Works great. Was recommended from my son’s dentist. It has really changed the outcome of his teeth. Whiter and cleaner. Doesn’t taste the best but honestly works very well.

So happy 🥹
I was using Fygg and unfortunately that toothpaste discolored my teeth. It wasn’t super obvious but when I would examine my teeth closely I had nasty discoloring. It looked like gray stains maybe caused by coffee and not brushing but I don’t drink coffee, and obviously I brush. My fiancé felt bad for me so he bought this Boka whitening toothpaste for me and y’all, it’s been less than a week and the discoloration is completely gone!! 🤩 I’m SO happy!! Plus this stuff tastes way better than Fygg and leaves your mouth feeling fresh, Fygg does not.Btw here is Fygg’s explanation:Please be assured that this occurrence is rare and typically resolves on its own within 1 to 3 months.Let's dive into the why...When transitioning to a natural toothpaste like Fygg, your oral microbiome — the community of beneficial bacteria in your mouth — undergoes a period of adjustment. This shift can sometimes lead to temporary discoloration as the microbiome stabilizes.
