Large caapacity. Wait for it to arrive . . .
Large wheels are ball bearing mounted; easy roll. Used it for two heavy loads and found it to be well worth the price. Ass'y wasn't too hard or complicated. All parts fit well! Would buy again, recommend! Steers welll; on and off elevator.Haven't used it off pavement yet. jim

Very sturdy. Easy Assembly. Tools included.
This is a very sturdy product and can carry a lot of groceries which is what I particularly bought it to do. I am happy with it. It is pretty large, actually larger than I expected, so I am probably never going to overload it. I put it together in the post office after it was delivered to my po box. It came with the tool you need to assemble it. The instructions were a bit challenging but it is a pretty straight forward process with things only fitting in where they belong. I didn't want to pay this much for a cart but I am sure that the price is worth the quality and when buying tools, I believe quality is everything so I am satisfied. It does fold up nicely and I store it folded flat behind a door.

Well-constructed and easy-to-pull cart
Sturdy, good-looking and easy-to-pull cart. Flattens nicely. Holds a good amount of groceries. I like the little basket for holding bags and then carrying home cases of beverages. The only negative is that this is a little heavier than my last cart, but probably is better made.

Great for groceries and laundry
At age 77, carrying things has become a challenge, and I wanted a cart to transfer groceries from my car to the house, including going up two steps from the garage. This so much easier for me than carrying all those bags and making multiple trips. The cart is quite large and holds all my shopping. The large back wheel helps as I pull the cart up the steps. The extra basket at the back is perfect for my purse or smaller things. I've also used the cart moving laundry to and from my laundry room. It's much safe that trying to carry a laundry basket where I can't see what's in my path. The wheels glide so easily and the cart turns on a dime. I put it together myself and it took me about 20 minutes. I would remind people when they insert the cotter pin through the large back wheel and the axle, be sure to bend the two legs of the cotter pin, one each way--that's what keeps the wheels on. I spent a lot of time looking at many different options before buying this cart. It has performed exactly as I needed. It has already made things easier for me.

Look carefully for the bar its very hidden!
First off the instructions are horrible and has no directions. It just has pictures, and I could not figure it out. Second I thought the bar was missing and it was very hidden in the box. There is no label for the bar. you could easily throw it away or not find it. I had to find a video on youtube to build this thing. I also ordered a return label and for a pick up for free. When I found the bar, I decided to cancel the return which was only an hour ago and they refused to cancel and mailed the same cart. Only this time I didn't need it. The UPS guy came to get the return the next day gave me the label. He told me he would come back to pick it up but that never happened. I tried to reschedule for a free pick up, and to my surprised, what was a free pick up now costs $12.99 to pick up! Are you serious?? What customer service is this?? I have to figure a way drop it off and its not easy with stairs! They make it inconvenient to return things.
