Yes i am biologically a woman that takes this herb. I am 41 years old. I dont have any hormonal issues as far as i know, i am very healthy in general. I lead a very active lifestyle. I have done research on this herb before taking it. Tongkat works best on women with active lifestyles. I weight train daily and i use this as a preworkout because caffeine does not make me feel good. I noticed that i do go extra hard in the gym more than usual. It does not interfere with my sleep, in fact i sleep even deeper. Also my skin and hair looks really good. There is also maca in this which is supposed to be good for women. The dose is 400mg but i suggest starting low. I would say even 50mg but since one cap is 200mg which is what im taking, maybe itll be okay for you. I took 400mg at once before the gym and i didnt like the way i felt, felt too many butterflies in my stomach. 200 is the best for me. I do stack this with taurine and niacin. I think if youre sedentary, try to find a low dose brand. Im going to continue to use it daily or at least everytime i workout. I may cycle it for a month then one week off then again for a month and so on. Do your research ladies before you take it. I personally love it so far.

Organic remedies rock and they work. I've taken tonga and other for over 20 years to fight low T levels and I've taken my blood test enough to know that adding these supplements work.

Initial impressions; it gives me a small amount of energy.
Today is my first day trying this DEAL brand supplement, Tongkat Ali. I am taking it for the energy on a day to day basis, and to raise Testosterone is secondary for me. My sexual desire does not need to be increased or anything like that, but more testosterone does sound good for the vigor and drive, energy that I lack these days at 53 years of age, cancer survivor and Weed Enthusiast (helped to save me from cancer).I've read quite a few reviews and people were saying it's almost too much for them. Well, that might be after taking it for a while. But as far as short term, immediate effects for energy, it's a little bit light but not too bad. There is a little bit to it (is that from the Maca or the TA?). I do like Maca and it does give me energy when taken alone in high enough doses.Some people say this can cause brain fog, and I do notice I am slightly more likely to misspell words, a little more care free kind of like.

I was using a different brand of tongkat ali had to take like 7 or 8 to feel anything bit still nothing worthwhile.. But this tongkat plus hgw has been amazing .. I feel better mentally physically and very confident on other areas.. I have nothing negative to say this is my real experience. Energy all day work and home. Easy to swallow I took after breakfast good price and effective .

The product is close to its expiration date
The product is close to its expiration date, and I am unable to use it. It doesn't make sense to purchase 300 pills intended for use over 10 months when they only have a validity of 2 months. This is a waste of money and unfair to pay for a product that is not usable for its intended duration.
