Why did you pick this product vs others?:It was a beautiful arrangement at a acceptable price but I never received a response from the recipient until well over a month when I inquired with them as to why I hadn't heard anything from them as to rather or not they liked the flowers. I was told the flowers were beautiful but there was no card included to identify me as the sender. This happened with a second order as well that was sent to these recipients who happen to be sister n laws to one another. I accept that they both enjoyed the flowers, but it would have been nice to have gotten timely credit at their arrival. I don't ding the arrangements just the slighted service. Can not share a photo or video because the flowers have long since died and been disposed of before they ever knew who sent them.Quality:beautiful arrangement

Amazed at how beautiful these arrived. They were well packed, fresh, and lasted a long time. I feel this option was much better than trying to work with a florist across the country (this has always been a headache due to limited delivery windows and someone having to be home). The price was great compared to what I usually pay for flower delivery.

I’d say you’re better off buying from a local grocery store. I’ll preface this with I know flowers via a box are never as good as local florists, but definitely not worth the money (imo) and will never try this route again.Updated * after a couple days they became way more vibrant. For the price, the grocery store options seem a bit better but these were better than the first couple of days.

The flowers were quite magical. When we opened the delivery box the flowers looked kind of ragged; there were several leaves which had fallen off, two of the roses had broke off, and three buds didn't blossom. I thought that the whole bouquet was ruined. My wife saw the instructions on how to bring the bouquet back to life. So she clipped the flower stems, added the special life saving powder (included) to the vase full of water. After a half-hour or so the bouquet began to come to life. After a day or two the flower buds began to bloom and almost like magic the bouquet was beautiful. Not sure I would order the flowers again. It was fortunate the bouquet had a few days to recooperate before Valentines day.
