Fits perfectly
My water bladder is on older model so I was wondering how this valve will fit. It does not go in fully. But it works perfectly and no leaks. One hand open close is very easy even with gloves on. Will definitely recommend.

Unbelievable piece
OMG!!! No problem to put the new bite piece on the water bladder and it works like a charm. I was pleasantly surprised on how much better the new piece is...it has a water control along with a water off feature!

great replacement valve
great replacement valve for our osprey pack. The bladder itself is still in good condition but part of the valve broke. Happy to be able to replace just the valve.

Great Upgrade
Great replacement piece for the water bladder. I the the cut off and that it has the magnet to keep it in place. I like that I can change out the bite vale too! great product.

New Shut Off Feature is Brilliant!
My old osprey bite valve (pictured in red) had a twist lock, which was very difficult for me to open and close one handed while trail riding. I like this new osprey bite valve as it has a one handed shut off valve that can be operated with one hand while trail riding! Brilliant!

Quickly broke agin
Not durable. Just over a month of ownership, and the piece on this replacement that you move to open and close the valve broke again. I was under the impression that there was a redesign that made it more durable, but I may have simply misremembered. Contrast that with, say, ZJKJ's yellow and blue valve that I had for the Camelbak I used before I switched reservoirs to the Osprey. That thing worked for years without issue. Very disappointed that this is so fragile and cheaply made.

Works perfectly and just as the original
I buy a new bite valve semi regularly. I love the osprey water bladders but I tend to chew on the bite valve and eventually chew a hole in it. I love that they make replacements so that I don't have to buy an entirely new bladder.The replacement is easy to put on, it doesn't leak, and it gives a good amount of water.
