Great product for working out in the heat
This product is perfect I ordered it for a friend of mine who works outside most of the time. And in the summer months it's extremely hot, so I thought this would be the perfect gift. I like it also because the whole where you fill up the water is big enough to put ice in as well. So not only does he have access to water all day it's cold water at that. I would definitely recommend!

Even though with some design flaws, ok camel back hydration pack.
I received the item and tried right away. I like the design and it seems to be well built. Great 3 qt capacity bladder. There’s some insulation padding in the back, which especially important if use a liquid that is very cold or with ice cubes. Easy to put on and adjust. Most of my complaints are functionality, more than looks.1) I noticed is that the tubing provided is so thin, that it bends easily creating kinks or elbows in the line, making it difficult for the liquid to go up when you are biting the mouth piece and trying to suck in the liquid. I decided to go out of my way and order a piece of reinforced tubing of the same size (3/8” outside, 1/4” inside), $4 for 5 ft in Amazon. This new tubing is a little more rigid, but still flexible enough, so now there are no kinks. 2) I found that there was also a fault in the design of the mouthpiece, which even though is cut through to be able to suck through it, doesn’t give you a good flow of liquid, besides the fact that it comes out of its place easily. It’s actually much easier to just pull it off and suck directly off the tub end. 3) the control valve is too easy to move back and forth and it’ll be better if it clicked when in its open or closed positions. 4) the end cover of the mouth piece doesn’t click to effectively lock in its place and it comes out easily of the tubing end.Even though all these functional issues, I’ll keep it because of its price, so I’ll go around its faults and use as it is, especially after purchasing the new tubing for it. It’s a good way to get hydrated during my daily runs or walks in the 90-95 degrees South Florida weather.I hope the manufacturer can improve the product based on these recommendations.

IT IS NOT DEFECTIVE
When I first added water nothing would come out. It took 30 seconds on Google to figure out how to properly use it. There's nothing wrong with it. You have to pull out on the bite to unlock it so water can flow. Very simple. Pull it out and rotate it to adjust water flow. It works and doesn't leak. The other comments were just people who didn't want to do 30 seconds of research. Good thing these aren't the people running NASA.

Straps
Straps have no support. Tried running with this on and it rubbed into my shoulder so bad it blistered. Might work if you're hiking and have other clothing on.I also don't like how hard it is to pull water out. It's difficult to pull the mouth piece out enough to get water without pulling the mouth piece completely off.
