not bad, not amazing
A little tough to apply but it does feel like my headphones have a little more protection, the rubber covers on the ears are more comfortable so I can wear them for longer now, however the clear plastic is quiet firm meaning it is a little hard to press the power button but it still works.

paid for all 3 parts (pink with the clear back) and only received the hard case for the outer ear. got refunded.
