I love these because after losing weight I had no a** and my pants kept falling down didn't really have a butt before over time, the foam inserts do squish down a little bit, but not much. And they have. The pocket to input a new one or double up, which I really like compared to the other ones that have the sewed in padding.I purchased 2 other styles and have returned both of them and kept these. Reordered an additional ones - i wear them over my regular panties . I find it feels better then wearing alone. I have and will buy again. over.

So disappointed. Purchased this for my mom who has always been flat in the rear & for her bday she really wanted to add some volume. Unfortunately the size was WAY too small and they didn't even fit her waist. She usually wears a size 12 (medium) and it didn't even go above her tiny tummy. So there's that. Secondly, when she put it on you can count out wearing them with tights because you can clearly visibly see the two pads on your buttocks. She tried a dress on with them and it covered them better but tights, that's a hard no. Third, and the most disappointing was that the pads were so thin that if you stacked them on top of one another you would probably barely make the same width of a normal shoulder pad. Maybe. I actually think shoulder pads might even be thicker. All together they were not flattering and I will be returning and looking for something better. Save your money and spend a little more for better quality

These are great for a quick, easy shape-up. Super comfy, stretchy, and breathable.
