Fisual S-Flex Studio Grade White Speaker Cable 2 x 0.75mm (15 Metres)

I recently purchased a second hand Denon HiFi for my parents and wanted to set up the speakers on the wall which required longer speaker cable.Looking around I decided to try this cable on Amazon, the reviews were positive and it wasn't a huge cost for the length required. My parents aren't audiophiles so they didn't needed high level cable.When the cable arrived I was disappointed in the cable thickness, it had looked thicker in the images but I decided to give it a try and at the worst case I could purchase some other cabling from a local retailer, it wasn't a great deal of money to potentially lose.Cutting the cable did reinforce my concerns about the quality with some inner cabling shedding itself and having to work at twisting the cable so it was solid enough to connect to the speaker ports, however it connected fine after that.All in all it is a reasonably good cable, you get what you pay for, the sound is perfectly fine for my parents, but if I was to do it again I would spend more to get thicker cabling.I was going back and forth on the rating, if it was possible I would go for 3.5 stars as I don't feel it warrants 4 but 3 isn't fair, you get what you pay for.
