The Amazon Basics Slim 65W GaN USB-C Wall Charger is a compact, travel-friendly powerhouse that I’ve come to love for its sleek, modular design. Utilizing GaN technology, it’s impressively small yet delivers a robust 65W output for fast charging laptops, tablets, and phones, like my MacBook Air M2, which charges fully in about an hour. The foldable plug enhances portability, and the build feels solid, making it a reliable budget option for on-the-go use.However, the dual-port version’s 57W power share (45W + 12W) is puzzling. It’s an odd configuration that doesn’t add up to the 65W total and feels like a compromise, especially since it drops significantly when charging multiple devices. This makes it less practical for high-power multi-device charging, and the lack of PPS support is a minor letdown. Stick to the single-port model for straightforward, efficient charging.

~2 year review. STILL WORKS GREAT! What a fantastic charger!Fast charge works flawlessly on my Samsung S23U ultra, but NOT on high watt devices like my my OnePlus 12 (still charges at regular speeds). And the convenience of having both USB C and A is just super, especially for travelling. Other devices like battery banks, MacBook Air, galaxy watch, also charge properly with no issues.Fast charge was tested using combo of Samsung s22, 23, 24... Different models (Plus, Ultra etc).1 device = fast charges on both USB C and A ports (need compatible fast charge cables though).2 devices = 1 fast charges, 1 regular charge (both USB C ports).3 devices = 1 fast charges, the other 2 regular charge.4 devices = None fast charge, all regular charge.The convenience alone is worth the money. I'm leaving this review while in the process of buying another one for my dad.NOTE: Both my Spigen wireless chargers stopped working after 6 months while using this adapter. I cannot say for sure if it was the adapter's fault or something else. But something to keep in mind.

It worked well for 6 months after that phone charging was so slow it only charged at 5 watts , something is faulty inside and warranty is only of 3 months so cannot be replaced , please dont waste your money this will give up on you , internally this is not robust

My ASUS laptop charger broke down and I wanted a replacement. After much consideration I decided to check this GaN charger instead of ASUS stock especially for its claimed efficiency and more accurate switching ability. Honestly, I am not disappointed. Because I am unsure of its durability (the USB connection feels a bit loose as if the plate components inside are not firmly attached) and because there isn't even a basic cable provided I am keeping the star rating to 4.

After using this charger for about 10 days, I'd like to share my observations:I was specifically looking for a GaN charger with PPS functionality. After extensive research, I decided on the AmazonBasics 65W model due to my positive experience with other AmazonBasics products. This charger features PD 1, PD 2, and a USB-C port.Here are my findings:Using PD 2 and USB ports simultaneously results in slow charging on both devices.Using PD 1 and the USB-C port together enables fast charging on both devices.Both PD ports (without the USB-C port) deliver slow charging when used concurrently.Employing all three ports simultaneously leads to slow charging across all devices.These results suggest that the PD 2 functionality is essentially unusable & shared with USB C.If your device supports up to 45W charging, a 30W charger might be a more cost-effective option, as the difference in charging time might be minimal. Notably, a 30W charger typically costs significantly less than a 65W charger. Additionally, using three 30W chargers with a multi-plug adapter can potentially charge more devices simultaneously at a similar cost, offering greater versatility.If my observations are inaccurate or if anyone has further insights, please leave a review below. I was a bit skeptical to purchase it as there were no reviews for the 100W charger in India.But after checking so many 100W chargers, this was offering all the things I wanted at a very good price during the sale. So I decided to go aheadPros- First thing that I noticed was the great build quality. It looks and feels premium- Has 2 USB-C 100W output and 2 USB-A- Has a led light that glows when the switch is turned on- Supports Samsung pps, Fast charges the Macbook and other pd devices- Charges my Asus laptop via type pd at 100W so works great for all my needsCons- It does get a little warm when charging a 20000 mah powerbank, but my other GaN chargers did the same thing. Not super hot, just a little warmConclusionIt's a really quality product from amazon. Go for it if you need a 100W charger. Very reasonably priced as well!

The product performs exactly as advertised, with fast and efficient charging for multiple devices. Even after extensive use over the past year, it remains in perfect working condition. It's compact, durable, and a great value for money. Highly recommended!

It worked for 9months and suddenly even without any specific reason stopped working when it was connected. There wasnt any surge of voltage or anything(there was other devices with chargers which works fine). So suddenly it just stopped working, now warranty is for 3months and so it also no use!!!better go for those who offer better warranty period.
