The best of many sheet pans I have had over the years. Key advantages:1. No non-stick coating to come off and be eaten with your food.2. Good weight and no warping when exposed to high heat.3. Comfortable handles.Only potential disadvantage is that there is a bit of a learning curve to understand how to get the best from this fine pan.

Hestan, where have you been all my life? As other customers have pointed out, this is the Rolls Royce of sheet pans. It is not only functional but also beautiful. The Hestan logo resembles a fleur-de-lis and is lovely on the wide handles. I use homemade potholders when removing the pan from the oven. Yesterday I baked chicken thighs, but first lined the pan with parchment paper. The high sides prevent any accumulated fat from overflowing. It’s quite hefty and I’d be shocked if it ever warped. This has made my other sheet pans obsolete. Later I plan to purchase the wire rack to fit this pan as well as the 12 in x 15 in pan.

Super high quality, heavy stainless bakeware.

I spent a little time looking for a high-quality stainless steel pan for baking, and finally found the Hestan brand.It's beautiful, a work of art, while providing a very functional pan for baking. I wanted the high-quality stainless steel for protection from aluminum, also a very important feature.It also has a high enough lip on the side, so that any liquids don't spill.It's a little heavy, and at first I tried picking it up by the right handle. That was hard to manage, so I starting using two oven mitts so as to be able to pick it up by the handles. And then I figured out that I can easily pick it up with one mitt by gripping the middle of the closest side. Once I figured out that little detail, I use the pan on a daily basis. If you want a beautiful, safe and functional baking pan, look no further.

This pan is a Christmas gift for my son.

It doesn't warp like aluminum. It goes in the dishwasher with no problem. I have not used my aluminum baking sheets since I bought this.
