There are 15 mg of zinc, 200 mcg of selenium and .25 mg of copper.

Does Dr.Mercola selenium & zinc have stearates?

This product is free of stearates.

Is 15 mg zinc enough? I thought recommend dose was 50 mg.

Long time Mercola customer, their products are high quality. Recently purchased 30 ct. Zinc plus selenium there were only 28 capsules vs. 30. Read a previous review and similar situation for another purchaser, 23 vs. 30. Contacted Mercola and their reply was they were going to report to quality control. Refund received but wanted purchasers for this item to be aware of situation.

It’s zinc and selenium

Zinc with selenium. Not a horse pill. Easy to swallow. They do stink but some vitamins do stink. I feel like I have fish breath if I don’t swallow them right away. Have water ready!
