Superior brand. Took my Vitamin D from a 26 to 60 in 3 months.
I took this brand after researching the ingredients and knowing this was one of the best formulated brands. Its a little more expensive but worth it. If you are deficient in Vitamin D (which most of us are:/) this is a great brand to correct a low reading. Took 10k for 30 days and then 5k for 60 days and got my Vitamin D in great levels.
