Got this start making my own dehydrated fruit and veggie chips and it is working perfectly! I can do so many at a time because of the size. And even though it has a larger capacity, it still doesn't take up too much room on my counter when using.

We have used this many times and the value is unbelievable. I wanted a dehydrator that had no plastic trays, and this fit the bill. I can fit almost 3 lbs of meat to be made into jerky. I was so impressed that I recommended it to my parents who love it as well. They have a more expensive one that they use for drying herbs, but this one is great for meat as you can wash the trays in the dishwasher. The operation is so quit I have to make sure it is running.

Literally quit in just a few minutes. Once we had it loaded and on, the fan started making a weird noise and shut off. Less than 5 minutes and it quits.

I do a lot of food preservation. This dehydrator seemed to be a great purchase. While it does work well, the aggravating thing with it is that it seems to be a cheaper knock off or an expensive dehydrator.Con's:-The buttons are hard to use. You either have to press really hard to get them to work or super lightly.-The temperature display is not accurate nor does it go in "normal" counting. Instead of the increments being 140, 145, 150, etc. mine goes 138, 143, 147, 149, etc.-The trays are very small. They're 11x7. I cannot find any mats small enough to fit them. Cutting to size is an option but not for things that you need a ridge. So I can only make one fruit leather tray at a time which is frustrating.-The manual is also full of grammar errors - it is obvious the translator service they used was terrible. Parts of the user manual don't make sense.-Condensation builds up in the door. I have my dehydrator on a shelf so it is above my head. When I opened it all the water from the door and the lip on the door dropped all over me.Pros:-It does work. It dehydrated food well.-Has a light which is helpful if you're checking the food at night.-Is relatively quiet.-looks professional, clean, and sleek.

I've had it for over a year, used many times. Still works great! I love that I can put the trays in dishwasher.

I really like the dehydrator, I have dried all kinds of beef, bacon, and made fruit leather. The one downsize is the small size of the trays, I only have the one silicon fruit leather tray and can't seem to find any more of that size anywhere. the smallest I can get is 9.45"x9.45" which is still too big for the tray. I would even be happy if I could buy more of the right size trays directly from this company. Other than that one drawback, this works really well and I am very happy with it.
