Brilliant, cheap and good quality

Wanted this to make some cushion covers that were going to be sat on, so needed a sturdy zip, as a number 5, its strong enough for the purpose. Well made tape and nylon spiral, its easy to cut and sew. Assembling the product the easy way. Just follow the picture sequence, the most important point to remember is to insert the tape at an angle of 45 degrees either side of the centre line, see picture numbered 4. Then just feed both sides gently in, job done, takes about 8 seconds. Zip slides nice and smoothly.

Good zip, interlocks well with #5 zips from other brands if needed, comes with good number of runners.The runners are smooth when both sides of the zipper are engaged, but a a little wobbly when sides are disconnected. The runners are basic, but perfectly functional.

Excellent product and eadycto cut to the length you want.

Really easy to cut to size, yes putting the slider on is fiddly but that’s the same with all zippers I’m sure, it just takes a bit of patience, practice and tips from YouTube. I used the zip in dog poo bag dispensers that I make and they slide well and look good. Great value too so I’ve just placed a second order.

Super purchase, fair price

Arrived safely. Quality looks ok. Not used yet, still struggling to get zipper on the ‘chain’ it’s a matter of keep practicing.

I used this long piece of zip for 5 x 1.2m long bench cushions, 1m of zip for each cushion seat. The zip cut well, didn’t fray, zippers were easy to insert & worked well for this purpose, so I’m very happy & would buy again, but it’s currently not available.
