Did you change where you plugged it in? I know when I have used a extension cord or an outlet that has something else drawing tge current. It does not spin fast enough.

it makes 2-3 serving per minute, does it equate to only 2-3 cotton candy made in a minute? what is a serving?

A serving would be a full scoop of sugar (about 1oz), which is enough to make a full size ball on a cone. It takes 20 to 30 seconds to fully spin out 1 serving of this size.Thank you!

How long can it run for?

The owners manual recommends after 60 minutes continuous on turn it off for 20 minutes. I’ve run it much longer without a problem.

Does this unit come with mesh liner and clips? If not can a Nostalgia mesh and clips fit it?

We do not include a stabilizer mesh with the machine. We are not aware of a mesh from Nostalgia, but any mesh that is made to fit at least a 20" bowl should work.Thank you!
