I have been taking this for several months. I do not mind the flavor since you have to keep it in the fridge after opening. It tastes better chilled. Having said that..... even if this tasted terrible I would still be taking it. The results are amazing! I had been struggling with hair loss and thinning for years. I have tried SO MANY supplements oral and topical. Some have worked but nothing has worked like this product. My hair is the longest and the thickest it has been in years. I have this on my subscribe and save and will never be without it. I take it every morning. I did adjust the amount and only take 1 tablespoon. Only because it is not the cheapest product and a bottle was not lasting a full 30days at the recommended dosage. I took the full dose for 2 weeks and then lowered it. I can honestly say this is one of the best supplements I have found. I have been able to stop applying all the expensive topicals and taking the oral ones I was using and simply drink this daily. My nails are great, my skin looks better... and the hair growth for the win! I am very pleases with the ingredients and the effectiveness of this product. HIGHLY recommend!

The mango tastes good cold - definitely keep it in the fridge - I use this about 3 days a week.
