I like how this magnesium spray smells; it also has a calming effect which is great. Topical magnesium is great for calming the body or mind, especially at night! The only downside is the cost is kinda steep compared to other brands I’ve used…as a result, use sparingly if you’re looking to make the most of it. Roughly 3 pumps is 45mg of magnesium. If you’re looking for something with a light, aromatic scent w/the benefits of topical magnesium, then this may be a good product for you.

I absolutely love this spray. I wish I found it sooner! I first got a bottle in a fabfitfun box and I have been hooked ever since. They last a long time, depending on how frequently you use it. The spray can be a little sticky but it absorbs pretty quickly and it works fast to make your legs stop feeling restless. Its also not like any other magnesium topical I've used where it causes your skin to feel like it's on fire.

I've used this for a while. While it is a nice sensorial experience and smells like a spa I can not say that it helps with rest and/or sleeping. It is not worth the money and I won't buy it again.
