Very happy with this purchase! The bad reviews did confuse me. I buy a lot of things I have to put together and while this one took a bit of time (3.5 - 4 hrs) it was super easy compared to anything I had to put together. Looks amazing, I don’t think it’s too small at all looks exactly as I expected, lucking none of my pieces came broken or messed up. Although the packing scared me it was packed wonderfully. It came in 3 large packages (which made me nervous based on reviews). Instructions were provided, and needed items arrived, and came 2 or 3 days apart. All items feel durable too. I would recommend using a drill bit to tighten but I think if you’re building something that’s a given. Perfect instructions…..either reviews make no sense or they have adjusted things but fantastic experience!

The media could not be loaded. Assembly took about an hour. Size is pretty decent and true to advertised. Quality may not be that perfect but just be aware of the weight capacity. Looks perfect for our deck. Great price too

This product was shipped in three different boxes three different deliveries. But all of the boxes came earlier than the delivery date. It all went together very easily .The instructions were clear and all the tools were there. Hand tighten all the screws and then drill tighten for security.It's my space well. It condenses down when not in use. And the foot stools double as seats or side tables. Very nice and comfortable.Great value for the price.

I received the table and all the cushions to the chairs but still haven’t received the chairs.The table is sturdy and nice but the delivery system sent half the order to another state. It took a lot of communication to try to get ahold of the seller. The chairs are supposed to be resent, but we received no tracking on them .

The product is as advertised. It’s easy to store and fits perfectly in our space. setting it up is a little finicky, but not too bad. We had issues with FedEx, but the seller immediately remedy the situation and shipped us a new one that came in a timely fashion. We appreciate the customer service. The alignment was tricky to get but it does feel sturdy.

Although there was a small accident during delivery, the customer service quickly helped me solve the problem. The installation was simple and the overall product effect was very good. A very satisfactory purchase experience.
