Will it fit a 44 inch waist?

I have a 114 cm waist, nearly 45 inches. Size L is what I ordered and it works fine for me. If you anticipate growing larger take the next larger size. If you expect to stay the same or lose weight, size L is for you.

It is a very comfortable brace and stabilizes your back pretty well and the Side straps allow various adjustments (loose or tight). Can used for sports, work, lifting objects, back support when walking or sitting.

If I needed, I could gain another inch without discomfort. If you are 42-45 inches in this measurement, I think you would benefit from the XL. Sizing range is just a touch on the small side based on my experience. I really like the product and use it for exercise as well as general activities around the house and yard.
