Not handy for disabled
The ON/OFF button is way under the device, difficult to reach for disabled and hard to find in the dark. The remote came with a broken platic cover. The operator has to be very careful of the cord to keep it from getting caught in the mechanism during lift and retract. Works but very unhandy.

Need lift to go further down on the ground or have a scoop attached to lift
Great to travel with in large suitecase. Able to fit in rental car with ease . Use for scooters . Push button up and down arrows on remote. Only problem s are little hard to lift scooter on lift . Tears up top cloth . But easy to lift in car and to push chair into car once it’s on the lift.
