I have a 2004 gmc sierra 4x4 k2500hd with a 2" lift all around, which rear shocks should i get ? part # 24-186636 or 24-186742 ??

These shocks are supposed to be for 0"-2" lifted trucks. Worked fine on my leveled 2005 2500hd. Well worth the money.

Will these shocks fit a 2000 gmc seria 2500?

Do research. I want to say yes. I installed them on my 2004 GMC Sierra 3500 Dually

No that would Max them out and they may not be quite tall enough I’ll probably go with the bigger shock or taller shock
