I'm very pleased with these and seem to be doing a great job, keeping me healthy and my immune system functioning right, especially at this time of year.

There are soo many products to choose from so we got these. I can't say if any other is better, but i also purchased a spray for a quick recovery. We will continue to take the pills becuase having the right amount of medicine is more important.

Nice small easy to swallow tablet , no after taste. Well worth the money. 180 , so my husband and I both take them. My husband works permanent night shift so hopefully these will give him a little boost. Only time will tell.

During summer months you should receive enough from the natural sunlight we get here in the UK, although winter months doesn’t bring so much so supplementation is a good idea for some people. This supplement also contains vitamin K2 which, when combined with vitamin D3, helps direct calcium intake towards the bones and away from the organs, which benefits heart health more than anything.The bottle contains 365 tablets of which a maximum of one per day should be taken. Worth noting this is a high dose D3 tablet, the NHS recommends a maximum of 4000IU per day for most adults. Vitamin D is one of the few vitamins that you can overdose on so care should be taken. Overdosing can lead to hypercalcaemia which can become a life threatening condition, so take the overdosing risk seriously. Most people could easily cope with taking a half tablet each day. You can split these tablets but due to the size you would need to use a pill cutter.As I’ll only be using a half tablet daily during the winter months, I should get a good 4 year supply for my £10 investment in the product at the time of my order. The product will expire before I can make use of the full bottle but as the price works out at 3p per dose, is extremely good value for money. Obviously I can’t speak too much about the quality of the ingredients as I don’t have access for laboratory testing, but a read of the suppliers website does give all the right information so I have no reason to distrust the product.
