I spend several hours a day at my computer and after several years, my really nice Serta Office Chair was no longer comfortable on my bottom. My wife bought a nice flat pad on Amazon, but after a couple months it lost it's cushioning. In my late 70's I don't want to buy and a new expensive office chair, so I looked at many cushions on Amazon. Soooo many to choose from and all claim to be great with many features or "Recommended by xxx" or "Top Seller" or "Amazon Choice" and “Great Reviews”.I don’t want “Hype” or funky claims, just real facts. I'm 6'2" and 270# so I really need a big, wide and thick pad plus a contoured pad would be better than flat. I don't have issues with my tail bone, back or pelvis, just couldn't sit more than 30 to 60 minutes with or without the pad my wife bought.I looked at many and sorted out the fluff. Now I've had the 19.7" Gel Seat Cushion by Rapiro for 2 full months and so happy I bought it. At first I was concerned about the high ‘Hip Sculpting” places because they didn’t quite fit my bottom, but after the week I don’t even notice them anymore. It stays in place on my chair and stays cool, a plus for me. It is very comfortable and has maintained it’s shape. Now I can sit for several hours and no longer have a sore bottom. It’s so comfortable I had set an alarm to get up once in awhile and not be so inactive.

I’ve been grounded to my recliner for a couple weeks now due to gallbladder surgery…My daughter ordered this for me…thought it might give me a little relief from sitting so much…it has actually helped quite a bit…I definitely recommend it to anyone sitting for extended amounts of time. 😉😘

Since first experiencing coccydynia in January, I've been on Butt Quest 2025 to find the ultimate butt-soothing cushion. This is it!!! This is the butt relief I've been searching for. I've returned multiple donut-shaped cushions that simply transfer the pressure from my coccyx to other areas (groin, thighs, back) and cause me pain where there was none before. This product, however, diffuses the pressure evenly across the entire seat-space while offering the most gentle of lumbar support. It's brilliant! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

This gel Seat cushion was used on a 22 hour trip typically my back will start to hurt or my buns from sitting so long. I hardly knew that I had taken the trip by the time I got to my destination skip memory foam get this cushion that is honeycombed Gel!

This is a pretty good cushion. Does exactly what it says it's going to, but I find my tailbone is aching by the end of the day. I paired it with a donut cushion and that seems to have fixed my issues.

It states in place without moving period. You do not need to put it back in place after you get up.Gives a lot of support.I have never had gel before and it is taking a while to get used to it.The cover is horrible.

I started having some sciatica issues from sitting at my desk all day long so I decided to buy a cushion for my chair. However, most of the ones out there in the market are too small for my chair and me since I’m 6’4”. Therefore, I did a lot of research looking for a large, thick seat cushion, and this one fit the bill just perfectly. It is thick, heavy, and appears to be very well made. My only complaint would be that because the cushion is basically rectangular and not extremely contoured and because I tend to lean back and slouch down in my chair, I can sometimes feel the back of the cushion starting to roll forward under me. However, it doesn’t actually slide off of the chair or anything. Some of the less rectangular and more contoured cushions out there actually change your posture so that this doesn’t happen. I bought 3 other cushions of differing brands when I bought this one, but this was the only gel cushion of the group. I was planning on only keeping the one that I liked the most, but I like all of them for different reasons, and now I cannot decide which I like the best so I’ll probably end up keeping all 4 of them. If you’re someone who doesn’t like getting all sweaty in your chair, then this is probably the cushion for you. The gel material and the honeycomb design makes it cooler than any of the regular foam cushions.
