My experience so far is that the tiger milk mushroom is improving my respiratory health. I have been taking it for 5 weeks now—the first week I took one 300 mg capsule once a day, & then after that I began taking one 300 mg capsule 2x a day (taken with food is best). It is not a quick fix, so if you’re willing to give it some time to begin working, hopefully you’ll have positive results as well. I appreciate how affordable this is, compared to other brands, & I appreciate being able to find tiger milk mushroom without anything else added to it. I like the positive effects so much that I recently purchased a bottle for my (adult) son to try.

I love supplementing mushrooms for wellness but I think this is the first time I have heard of tiger milk mushroom from the forests of SE Asia. Said to be an ancient tonic, tiger milk mushroom seems to have some of the same properties as other mushrooms such as the potential to support the immune system and brain function, plus many more as stated in the listing. But one benefit that the listing didn’t mention, but is important to me, is the potential to support lung and respiratory health. I’m taking it in the evening for that reason. The 120 count bottle will last 60 days at the suggested 2 per day and provides 300mg of the 10:1 extract.

I like that this contains just tiger milk extract, and not a blend like so many other brands. My supplement arrived fresh, safety sealed, and has a child resistant cap. The distributor lists their contact information on the bottle. Tiger Milk Mushroom extract has many health benefits, which you can easily research, and the capsules are small, and easy to take.

Never heard of tiger milk mushroom before this, but figured I’d try it out. The bottle comes with plenty of capsules, and they’re easy enough to take, no weird smell or taste.I don’t notice a big difference yet, but I’ve only just started. I’m not expecting magic overnight, but I’ll keep at it and see how it goes. Worst case, it’s a decent supplement. Major fan of mushrooms. What a blessing they are. This is a lovely tiger milk which I am only recently seeing as a stand alone or focused on mushroom. I like it. Has lots of benefits you can research. Easy to swallow. No negatives with use. Grateful for this product.
