Not bad.
The downside is that the syringe doesn't hold much water. But I've used way worse tools to work on ear wax.These would be great if you were travelling a lot. Pack them in your stuff and you could have them if you needed them while at a hotel or such.I was fine with the results. But would want a better method for at home.

The heads fly off real easily
It wouldn't have taken much more engineering effort to make these like a Luker lock or something. They had just slip on and off the syringes and easily get lost or fly off when trying to use them. Next time I'll buy something with a little bit more quality.
