Good Ingredients, but No Noticeable Difference Yet
I've been taking this supplement for a few weeks, and while I appreciate the blend of TUDCA and milk thistle, I haven't noticed any significant changes yet. It's easy to take, and I like that it's vegan-friendly, but I’m still waiting to see if it has a more noticeable impact on my overall liver health. Could be a case of needing more time to see results.

Great Supplement for Overall Health
I’ve been using this TUDCA & Milk Thistle supplement for a few months, and it’s made a real difference. I usually take them separately but saw this supplement had both together and decided to replace my old one with this one. I feel less bloated, and my stomach feels better after big meals. It’s easy to take, just a couple of capsules a day, and I’ve got more energy for work. Simple and effective and it does the job!

Great value for the money! Simple taste and really helps with smooth digestion. I keep these with my other daily supplements to take them on schedule. I’ve tried a few brands and this seems to be the best bang for the buck so far. No complaints and I would recommend this product to friends. I will be ordering a second bottle to have on hand. Great quality product for a great price

Sounds like a good idea. Needs more precise labeling.
I am not normally a fan of multi-ingredient supplements. I’d rather swallow more pills than have less control over what I’m taking.However, this one is smartly formulated. I already take TUDCA and milk thistle, and pterostilbene seems to have the same goals as the other two ingredients.I do wish they would list the amounts of each ingredient, though, rather than say “1000mg of our proprietary blend. How much of that is each ingredient is anyone’s guess!”As long as they clean up that labeling, I think they have a solid supplement that would save me having to swallow a couple extra pills every day.
