Don't get me wrong. I love my new chair, I had it for about ten days now and it's as described. The chair is comfortable, the RGB lights are great, and the massage pillow feels nice. You might encounter a bit of difficulty when assembling the chair on your own(it took me about 45 minutes) because of the two screws that attach the back to the seat, you have to do a bit of a balancing act when setting up. My only gripe was that I got a defective arm rest with a bit of material over the lights. The lights are quite cool and don't heat up to the point where this would be a problem. Now I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and offered me a partial refund. This was acceptable because I didn't want to disassemble the chair and ship it back, lol. This hiccup wasn't enough to not give five stars, the chair was worth every penny.

Had it only a few months and the bottom of the chair broke. Reached out to seller for help and was ignored. Just tried to see if there was any warranty or maybe a replacement part and they never answered several messages I sent. Paid 250 for a chair for a few months and now I have an unusable product. Bad product and bad service. Run away and save your money

I purchased this bad boy so I could work from home comfortably and in style. It arrived super quick and has surpassed my expectations. The how-to instructions could have been clearer and the installation requires 2 people, but otherwise it was a relatively straight forward process. The faux leather is soft and the colors are beautiful. The built-in cushions are supportive and shaped well to ensure maximum comfort. It also comes with two optional pillows- one for your back and the other for your neck. I personally felt they were too bulky and the chair was better without. It has the option to recline the back and lift up a foot rest. The two arm cushions contain a built in cup holder, and each side of the chair has a pocket. The base is sturdy and the chair is firm getting up and down from it. I can get a good 7-7.5 hours out of her, before sitting starts to feel uncomfortable. For context, I'm 5'0"/ 111 lbs, and this fits me like a glove. A friend of mine, who is 6'4"/190 lbs, also felt the chair was spacious and relaxing. Ultimately, this is absolutely worth the investment. Not to mention, it's Cheddar approved! 😊

The media could not be loaded. Welp despite it being a comfy chair and following directions. The back is uneven it was a struggle to get the right side screw in and when I finally did it pierced through the hole.

Good: The chair is comfortable, the Bluetooth speakers are great but a little bit weird to pair, massage pillow is okay and the chair a decent size (bigger than your average desk or game chair). No tears or stitching issues and assembly was pretty easy, took me 5 minutes to get the chair put together.Bad: The height is not adjustable.When I tried to charge the speakers, the usb-c port located on the armrest was too far in and the cable would not fully plug-in. I had to take the power and charging port apart and line up the usb-c port correctly and close the gap between the face and internal board.

I bought this awhile back now, and she's still a great buy. I had to replace my old pink AKRacing chair which I loved and had used for almost ten yrs. It does take some extra space to utilize the full relaxed state, so be aware that if you want to lay back with your feet up, you may need to move the chair away from your desk or wall. I don't utilize the drink holders, but they work fine. An option to cover them while working or gaming would have been helpful as the rim of the cupholders are right where my elbows need to stablilize my hands and dig into you after awhile.

Best chair I ever had, so comfortable and not that hard to put together. Ive been using it a couple of months now, and its still perfect

It's a nice chair but when one arm leans away from the chair and it's really wobbly the metal bracket that holds the arm on it is messed up it feels like the arm will just fall off anytime the bolt that are on it just sit in the hole because the holes are too big would not recommend this chair
