Defective product received

Received a defective product from Clicktech Retail. I was sceptical upon receiving the product delivery because of opened tapes. Later when the technician came for installation, they initially said that the HDMI eARC port was not getting detected due to my TV issue. I tried on my alternate Sony TV and same issue persisted. Finally returned the product back to Amazon India and got a refund
