Great Mini-PC, With Minor Issues
I would actually give the GT1 4-1/2 stars. Solid build, easy setup. Runs 3 2K monitors without issues. Be very careful removing the cover - the WIFI 6 lead is very short and came off of the card the first time I removed the cover. Also, the fan runs constantly and is pretty loud compared to the AX8 and AX7. Help chatbot was useful with the WIFI issues. Had an issue with Win 11 drivers but resolved it by backing the driver out.I would buy again, but the fan noise can be annoying.

Saludos...

laptop in a box
My RATING is 4.5 stars because it can't customize this system on initial order; however, my budget doesn't all at the present to buy the system and then buy the 64GB of RAM and upgrade it so i went ahead and got it. now to compare, i work remote and attend school remote. so one computer is for school and one computer is for work. The MEGA is still worth it. The MEGA has 4 cores more than the work laptop and a dedicated graphics card. my work computer is the same configuration aka 32GB of RAM, Intel, but my work laptop uses the IRIX "shared" video card not a dedicated GPU and both systems run the 3x 4K monitors. There are a few glitches and the ARC graphics card in the MEGA is definitely a game changer. my setup is to get the little carry case to take the MEGA with me @ $50 for it and then i have a mobile 17 inch gaming monitor and of course bluetooth mouse just need a portable keyboard. in short, this is a good deal unless you are a gamer. Just being honest, 16 core on the MEGA doesn't compare to 16 core and the AMD Ryzen 9 with a 12GB video card but then the AMD jacks up the electric bill where as the MEGA probably will not so i game on the AMD, school on the MEGA, and then work on IRIX system. Summary: if you are going to school or working remote where you provide the computer, then get the MEGA.

Will try again in the future due to excellent customer service.
I had the same problem with my GEEKOM mini pc as another reviewer I noticed. I got as far as setting a PIN in the initialization process and the system would not respond any further. A call to GEEKOM resulted in them emailing me a set of setup instructions which told me to do exactly what I had been doing dozens of times after I was able to 10% understand what they were saying. A second call to them, which included video of me trying to set the thing up, went ignored...never heard back from them. Thank you, Amazon, for your excellent return policy! My purchase in on the way back to Amazon and I am the proud owner of a new HP mini pc which is working great! After GEEKOM saw my above review, I have to say they have bent over backward with EXCELLENT customer service. I was offered a portable monitor for my troubles with the Mini PC not setting up due to a software issue. As it turned out, the problem I had was with installed software not working properly and nothing to do with the Mini PC itself. I'm changing my 1-star review to a 4-star review due entirely to their customer service and desire to correct my original bad experience. Even though I went with a different mini PC, I will try GEEKOM in the future if I'm in the market again for a mini PC. I want to thank Karen, with GEEKOM, for her customer service and wishes to correct my experience!

Highly performant; upgradable to 64GB of RAM; connect external SSD to USB 4.0 ports to extend space
I picked up this mini PC to replace my aging home computer.I typically use my home computer for browsing, office related tasks (Microsoft 365), running virtual machines, software development, video streaming, etc. It's performed all of these tasks quickly and smoothly. I'm not into gaming, so I don't have a need for a high-powered GPU and the Intel Arc graphics card has worked well. After a few days of usage, here's what I've noticed.Pros:* Extremely fast, even when I run VMs (each with 8GB memory and multiple cores)* Quiet, even when the fan is running (when compared against my HP Z820)* Runs Fedora Linux 41 on bare metal* Successfully upgraded to 64GB using Crucial 64GB DDR5 RAM 5600MHz (search for CT2K32G56C46S5)* Support team is responsive to emails within a 48 hour periodCons:* Limits on the secondary internal SSD. It comes with a 2 TB 2280 NVMe SSD which is excellent. There's also a port for an internal secondary SSD, but it only supports M.2 2242 SATA SSD (they keyword here is SATA and not NVMe). Most of the reliable name brand SSD vendors do not produce M.2 2242 SATA SSDs any longer. However, if you're willing to go the external SSD routes, you can hook up anything you want to the fast USB 4.0 ports included.I really appreciate the high performance (specifically the Intel U9-185H processor + 32 GB RAM + 2 TB SSD) and small form factor of this mini PC. It can be successfully upgraded to 64 GB of RAM. If you want to extend drive capacity and get maximum performance, you'll need to use an external SSD with the USB 4.0 ports.
