Great cutting boards
I am very pleased with these cutting boards. They are nice looking, well made, solid boards that truly have a glue free surface. I have only just received them so I can't say how well they will hold up over time, but my first impression is that they will last me many years.I am especially pleased with how Greener chef customer service honored their lifetime warranty. The largest board of the set arrived with a damage in the top surface. Miguel at customer service was very courteous and prompt in addressing the problem and I had a replacement set within a week. A very positive experience.I highly recommend these boards.

Glueless cutting surface is smart.
Smart to limit glue to the side edges. Nice to have drain slot on one side. If you happen to get one that doesn't lay flat on both sides just exchange it.

Just what I was looking for
Not too heavy not too big. I have a silicone mat to keep it from sliding on the counter. Purchased because it was not glued and a lot less expensive than maple. Very nice coloring. Fast shipping

Pretty good if your looking for a sturdy wooden cutting board that won’t crack on you, I wash it in real hot water even though I’m not supposed to probs.. but I can’t get my head around all the germs if I don’t. NOT DISH WASHER SAFE tho, as no wooden cutting boards are. I feel much better cutting my food on it than I did my old plastic cutting boards, BIG NONO, for ever chemicals, micro plastics, everything all up in the food ew. Plastic cutting boards are very bad for you and your children please don’t use them, ONLY WOOD. These have held up best out of all my wood cutting boards, and were cheap for 3 of them! Really do enjoy them. One of them has a dark spot tho that I dont remember always being there, makes me suspicious of staining or mold but again probs user error as I clean them with really hot water and soap. That’s why I put only 4 stars tho, cause one of them seems to be “molding” or something rather quick. but wood is porous so what can ya do 🤷🏼♀️

Good Buy
After reading the articles about micro plastics we got rid of our plastic cutting boards. I first got a cutting Board that was pieces of bamboo fitted together. It split within 2 weeks, even though oiled regularly.So, I returned it and bought these. While they are bonded together and not one slab of bamboo, it's the way they are put together. Each piece is a solid piece of wood.. So solid top, middle, and bottom.Things cut well on the boards, they do not slip around on the counter top and seem durable. I expect to use them for a long time.I use them almost daily.One note - it wouldn't hurt to oil them occasionally and DO NOT wash in the dishwasher

bad glue smell, suspect leaching, but good seller policy
Raising the review to 3 stars because the seller proactively reached out to refund, thanks.-------I was really excited for these to replace our plastic cutting boards which clearly have bits of plastic going into our food. HOwever, when the package arrived, the boards had a horrible glue smell to them. I left them outdoors for 3 days and it seemed to dissipate. However, after one hot wash, the glue smell got onto other items I was washing with them.As a result I have zero confidence that this is not leaching glue into our food.
