Nice, I drilled to my bed frame to make it more sturdy since I couldn’t use the double sided tape pieces it comes with (I have carpet) however one of the double sided pieces that attaches the rods broke

Thing IS wobbly and not particularly sturdy. I would not recommend this for a childs room or if you have cats that might be inclined to climb up bed curtains. It is very easy to put together, and came two days early. I wouldnt buy it again.

Remember the old cartoons that showed an angel on one shoulder and a little devil on the other?Well, I genuinely wasn't issued a shoulder devil.I was, rather, given this (far more interesting & practical, IMO) Shoulder-Dwelling Second-Guesser.As a person with an obsession for all things mechanical and physics in general, and many decades of experience applying those concepts to hands-on projects, I'm usually (encouraged by shoulder-dude) pretty qualified to modify instructions, streamlining an assembly.I'll cut to the end here and say this: Assemble the top only on the floor, grab a tape measure, measure it, then follow the instructions like it says. No, you aren't going to be able to skip fastening the feet to the floor. No, you aren't going to take that assembled top and put it on whole, unless you have four people tall enough to help you.Once I followed the instructions, it was easy.Also, this isn't like the super-thin tubing I got from another site that claimed to call itself a shelving unit. While it's probably best not to try using it for a jungle-gym, it's plenty thick and strong enough to hold heavy drapery fabrics, which is what I have on the corners for better esthetics, along with my new mosquito netting all around.Just make sure those feet are firmly attached to the floor before you put this together. My little Shoulder-Dwelling Second-Guesser is all butt-hurt over in the corner, arms crossed, having a tiny tantrum.But, I love my new bed canopy! Thank You, to the seller.I'm in here right now, propped up on my mountain of pillows, down comforter all fluffy, a soft fur throw for extra texture, so, so happy I ordered this, and really, truly enjoying writing this review. Five stars and big woopwoop, my friends! I feel like a queen in here.If you're getting one of these for a kid, I think you should get one for you, too. I'm a kinda-old lady and I am absolutely loving this.

Lasted about 3 weeks and in the metal frame broke

Decent framing, however it’s not sturdy on carpet & I’m not nailing anything in my flooring.
