Yes, they look like old man shoes but I'm at home and not worried about making a fashion statement. However, if you needed to go run a quick errand these shoes would take you there no problem. I want quality house shoes with good support and a sole that can last and handle going indoors or outdoors. These fit the bill. They have a normal sole so if it is wet outside water won't seep into the shoe. The arch support is good and the shoe is not squishy soft it's just comfortably supportive. The faux fur lining makes them slightly plush. The shoes also have velcro straps on both sides to customize the fit.

These are a comfortable house shoe with great support for the bottoms of my feet and I really like the adjustment flaps that allow them to fit perfectly.

I’m we had ordered these before and they were fabulous. So glad they were still available.They can be worn inside or outside. Very comfortable and convenient to wear.

My husband finds these comfortable. He has neuropathy in his feet so good support & not too tight are essential. However, they both really SQUEEK! He kept them for the comfort but you'll have to put up with never getting away with sneeking to the kitchen for a snack! The slippers will give you away... squeek... squeek...

I bought these slippers about 6 weeks ago. My doctors have told me that I'm developing arthritis in my feet. Some days the pain is aggressive. I needed something that offers better support for me feet. Warm and comfortable. Great for indoors around the house. Wide foot hole for easy slip on. The foot hole can be made bigger too by undoing the Velcro flaps that hold down the tongue of the shoe. I ware my slippers most all the time now.

Shoes took a month to arrive after order. But am well pleased as they fit perfectly and support my right ankle which is weak and over pronated due to a previous injury. I used these OrthoComfort shoes as house slipper as they are indeed great. My old regular house slippers didn’t give me proper support even with inserts.
