The product does not mix properly, no matter how much I shake or blend it—it remains clumpy and unpleasant to drink. Additionally, after consuming it four times, I’ve experienced consistent digestion issues, including an upset stomach. I was hoping for a clean gainer without maltodextrin, but this just isn't working for me. Would not recommend based on my experience.
