I’ve always been put off electrolytes due to the very salty taste, however I was very pleasantly surprised as these taste amazing 😊 I will definitely be buying these again !

These are exactly what my friend needed to replenish minerals that are lost at a greater rate on a keto diet—basically a powder to make what people in the keto community call 'ketoade' (a mix of sodium, magnesium, potassium, and keto-friendly flavor). People may have other use case scenarios, I imagine, but I got these thinking of my friend.These are tasty and fresh! The mango really tastes like mango and is not too artificial-tasting. Some people do use a sachet of this in their 1L water bottle and just sip it throughout the day, but the background salty taste can really wear on you after a while. My friend found it easier to just dilute to 250ml and then down it all at once. The mango flavor really helped with what is essentially drinking saltwater.We found these a bit expensive, all things considered, but they did do the trick.

Brilliant electrolytes perfect supplement for a carnivore way of eating

Saltyboost has a salty taste of electrolytes that I had to get used to, but I really grew to like it. Sometimes I only add half a sachet to a liter bottle during my workout. I feel that it helps support my endurance during long exercise sessions. I also feel that I recover better and wake up energized in the morning. I believe this product will become a must-have for me during hot weather.

About 67p a sachet, which is more expensive than supermarket own-brands. Nevertheless, good taste and happy with the results.

I ordered the Ultra Lyte Electrolytes Drink Mix - Sugar-Free Salty Berry Lemonade Powder for myself.I don't tend to have a regular workout or to visit the gym, but I regularly get dehydrated on a daily basis.I've wanted to try an electrolyte drink mix for some time and this seemed like the perfect product to test out.The product arrived neatly packaged and in very good condition with 12 individually wrapped sachets.Each sachet can be diluted to taste and either taken as a stronger, more salty shot in 250ml of water or diluted in up to 1000ml to add a subtle flavour and sip throughout the day.I was hopeful that it may help with my stage 4 endometriosis and symptoms of chronic fatigue.At first, I emptied a sachet into a 500ml bottle of water and the combination of trace minerals and coconut water seemed to mix in very well.The taste is still quite strong and salty, which is not unpleasant and takes a while to get used to.It has quite a subtle berry flavour and is easy to drink after the first few sips.For a less noticeable salty flavour, you can dilute this in 1000ml of water.It's reassuring to know that this electrolyte drink is sugar free and rich in sodium and chloride.The product appears to be manufactured by a reputable supplier out of Utah in the United States of America.Each sachet has only 3 calories and is also Keto friendly.The combination also includes magnesium and potassium to aid recovery and rehydration.After 3 weeks, I've noticed some improvement in the hydration of my skin and particularly around my eyes and face.I've taken one sachet a day and first thing in the morning to see any positive impact on my health overall.As such, I've almost used 2 packs of the electrolyte drinks which may prove expensive in the long run.I think, as a temporary measure to aid recovery from an intense workout or, as a test to see the benefits of a boost in electrolytes and any positive impact on reducing fatigue whilst supporting rehydration, this appears to be a great idea.The product is most likely not intended to be taken continually or longer-term, and not without medical advice.Overall, a great product that I will continue to buy to see if it can help with chronic fatigue and dehydration.It appears to be priced competitively compared with similar products on the market.

I’ve enjoyed having these in my drinks and I definitely feel hydrated/rejuvenated but the taste is a little odd/chalky so would maybe go for one of the other flavours next time.
