My dock wasn't sending video signals and I figured it was an issue with my laptop or the dock. Nope, it was an insufficient cable. Using this cable immediately resolved the issue and I get all the bandwidth I need to and from my dock. At 80gbps, this is going to be good for almost any device today and probably most devices moving forward for a significant amount of time. If you want something that will work with pretty much any usb-c device out there, this is your cable. As for quality of the cable itself, it is a thick braided cable with not much in the way of aesthetics; it's not even half as shiny as in the picture. It seems rugged, but if you care about looks, you may want to look elsewhere.

Works very well for a longer distance cable. Got this so I can run the cable alongside baseboards to make it come up nicely to my desk. Now I can enjoy using the TV as an extra monitor.

This cable could not drive two 4K displays as stated in the description. I'm trying to use this to connect my MacBook Pro to a CalDigit Thunderbolt hub that has two 4K displays attached to it. This set up works with the Thunderbolt cable that CalDigit provided with their hub, but that cable is a bit to short to attach to the far end of my laptop they way my desk is set up, so I was hoping to use a slightly longer cable. However, with this cable connected in the same way the monitor I have attached to the hub via Displayport flickers badly, and connecting and reconnecting the laptop inconsistently activates my two screens. The cable doesn't meet my needs at all and I'll be returning it.
