Does The Job
This is a very good desiccant, as far as it goes. The color change is obvious making it easy to know when to change/renew it. It renews very well as far as I can tell, but I’ve only renewed it three times so I can’t comment on how many renewals it will tolerate. The only negative is that it seems to have a lower limit of about 10%RH. I put this in with the filament spools I dry to try to keep moisture out after the dryer runs for 8-10 hours. It seems to work fine, helping to keep the filament dry.

Works great
Amazing desicant! I am able to keep the moisture down to 10% in my filament tote.

High quality with great results
This is great for humidity control. I like the high quality of the product, but I wish they had the color changing feature is some other types of desiccant. I have changed over most of my desiccant to this product, while leaving one container of the color changing beads to help alert me to when to recharge. These seem to be a bit small bead size, but not enough that my 3d printed containers don't hold them. These also seem to have less dust, and overall seem to be higher quality than other beads i was using. These seem to be more functional, and lower my humidity by an additional 5% over standard beads. Overall these are a great value for money, and a very easy to use.I highly recommend.

Great for filament drybox
Used in a gasket storage box for a large capacity filament drybox. I printed holders for it and within a day it was at 10% RH with no heat, I used two different humidity sensors for redundancy and they both show the same. I definitely recommend even for stubborn filament like PA6.

Inexpensive
Just opened it today. Will update review if they turn out to be junk, but I never had a problem with this brand and product before.

Filament Drying Desiccant
The Filament Drying Desiccant from Slice Engineering is a great solution for 3D printing enthusiasts looking to keep their filaments dry. Boasting 10X the drying power of silica gel and infinite rechargeability, this desiccant is both effective and eco-friendly. Its design allows it to fit perfectly inside filament spools, preventing wet filament and ensuring high-quality prints. While the product is made in the USA and performs well, the initial investment is higher than traditional silica gel options. Overall, it's a worthwhile investment for serious 3D printing users. I have been using the packs that come with the filament in my driers but its nice to have a rechargeable medium now.

Great desiccant!
This stuff so far seems way superior to silica gel, and it has also taken my drying to a new level as I am printing my own desiccant containers and putting more effort into it. This 2lb bottle goes a LONG way because it's such potent stuff. I have at least 20 spools with this inside and still have more to go. It's rare that I will re-purchase a Vine item but I will actually buy more of this when I run out as it is worth the price!
