The camera is awesome! Very clear, including night vision. I can use the app to see my two feline "girls" while they are eating. Plus, the two-way audio is great! Setup on the app took a little bit (the feeding schedule directions could be a little clearer), but once I figured out that you pick a time and portion amount, you then select the days of the week to apply it to, then hit "Save" and it is scheduled. It also indicates if you select the same time & portion for every day. So, once you know how to do it, it is very fast to create the subsequent schedule. Otherwise, the app is very convenient, you can manually initiate a feeding (including the portion), and also keep track of the overall results. Th only issue I had with my unit was the manual feed button would not work. Customer service was prompt and great. Claudeth was patient and professional. They would have replaced my unit, but I opted to keep it, since I can accomplish the same thing remotely via the app. I used the enclosed feeding guide as a starting point, and only had to make minor adjustments to get it just right. I am gone substantial amounts of time, and this makes sure they are getting fed properly. I have people that come in twice a week to take care of food, water, and litter. However, because they weren't there every day, they would need to overfill the food dishes, and of course it gets stale. Now I know they are getting fed properly. All my friends have to do is fill the hopper.

Makes life so much easier!! I’ve had it for two weeks now and the cats already know the schedule. They’re usually waiting at the machine about 3 to 5 minutes before it goes off 😂 or if they’re not, and they hear the sound of the food dropping from across the house they go running!! I really like all the features. The app is easy to use. We haven’t had any knock overs, so it seems sturdy!

The feeder works very well. I recorded my voice when I initially got it to tell the cats “to come get food”. Now that aspect of the feeder doesn’t work. Not a huge deal, but that feature only working for about a month.

The cats really enjoy having 2 separate food dishes. No more waiting in line.

We recently went on a trip and left our cats at home. We wanted to be sure they were all getting food so we got this one with a camera to watch another feeder we had set up. It sends notifications when food is dispensed on schedule which is great. The camera is good (if not a slightly narrow pov).Setup was very simple and scheduling was also easy. Figuring out correct amounts was a bit of a chore, but not as bad as the other feeder we had! App was very straightforward and easy to use.Overall it was a great purchase and I highly recommend.

It works great! Our cats aren't nudging each other out of their bowls anymore. The feature to feed from your phone is also helpful for when we can hear the beasts from outside our bedroom door early in the morning

It appears to be quality and that's what is most important. However, if you scan the QR code in the instructions pamphlet in order to get the app required to program the feeder, it requires you to GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO INTENSIONS OF UPGRADING TO MONTHLY FEES FOR ADDITIONAL PRODUCT FEATURES!! My husband found the app on Apple Play (it's also on Google Play), which already had his Apple account to activate, so we didn't have to provide any credit card to the vendor directly.

Works well, adjustable feeding as well.
