These actually work great! My brain fog is gone, I have more energy, and I just feel better!

Since I started taking this, I have noticed a definite suppression to my appetite and cravings. It does give me energy, and I have noticed a slight decrease in the inflammation in my legs and waist.

Doesn’t do anything. Hasn’t curbed my hunger and I don’t notice any energy increase. I won’t buy this again.

I took one pill for my first time of night shift. I wasn’t wired per se but oof mentally focused for sure! It took me 2 days to recover from the effects. It definitely curbs appetite, but not for everyone. My significant other wanted to try it, when she did she said she wasn’t affected by it. So to each their own. I could see this stuff working and fast, for me. I just wished I’d have at least half her experience. I’m going to adjust the time I take it but… still wary.
