This small powerful heater does the job! Controls are clear and easy to navigate and the cost was reasonable compared to all the other heaters on Amazon with similar BTUs. I’m very happy with this purchase. This heater came up to the temperature that I set it on, and heated up my 3700 gallon pool perfectly! The kids are happy and that’s all that matters

Got it hooked up the spring. It was fairly easy to hook up as I am a 65 female and did it on my own. I set temp at 78 and started with a water Temperature of 62 and went to 78 overnight. I am in love with this heater.

Had this runnin an entire day and it inky warmed my pool 3 degrees. Started at 68 degrees and it only got to 71. Air temp was 75 so I am not even sure the heater did anything. I used recommended pump for it and my 3000 gallon above ground pool. Had to close the pool valves 90 percent before I could tell the water was warmer coming out of the hose. I even put in a smaller pump from a 500 gallon pool and I still had to close the valves 90 percent.

The media could not be loaded. This heat pump is working pretty well. The only downfall is the time it takes to heat up the pool water. That time will be different for everyone because it depends on the weather where you live. It took a full week to go from 55 degrees to 80 degrees, but the outside temp was around 50-60 all week so not very warm. It's not too loud and the app is great. Setup was easy and straight forward. You will need a strong WIFI connection to setup the app. The pump may be able to see the network, but setup may not complete. I had to get a WIFI extender so the signal strength would be better. After I did that, I was able to connect with no issues. Now I am just waiting to see my energy bill. It's supposed to be energy efficient so we will see.

Installed on a 7000 gallon 18ft round above ground, took a long time to seem to work (nearly 24hr) but pool began to get noticably warmer. It took a few days but now pool is staying where we set it at 88° in 60-75° weather. One note, is that each time it is turned off even for a few minutes the outflow does take awhile to return to warm.

The pool heater works great. But I am most impressed by the customer support. One of the best I have ever had. They go out of the way to make sure I am satisfied. Thank you
