Q: I'm female size 9 1/2 size shoe and wgt 188. Want to confirm over 175 will not be too big? Please reply

It may be too big, I bought under 175 and I wear a 9 1/2 male shoe with 204 lbs and it was a good fit for me.

Q: Can these be used for kids? My child is 9 years old and 65 pounds and wears shoes between 3 & 4 depending on brand - will the small be too big?

My son just turned 11, is 85 lbs and wears size 4 shoes and the small works great!

Q: I’m a woman 180 lbs with a size 8 shoe what size would you recommend?

I do not recommend this product. They did not help and seller would not allow return. Amazon contacted me and they did refund my money. If you look at the reviews, people had the same problem with attempting to return.

Q: Do they come in pairs or singles?

With a single purchase you will receive two heel pillows, one for each shoe. Even if one heel hurts I recommend wearing both of them to reduce the chance of the toes rolling inward which could result in further heel strain. Good luck!
