Honestly this is the best of the wrist bands. It fits the best and it's the most comfortable during activities but it's crazy expensive for what it is.

I really like my Whoop. It provides everything I need to monitor my health. The Sleep information is very helpful as I have sleep issues. The AI has also been very helpful. I have asked it why I might be tired and it answers based on 30 days of looking at my activity level, sleep information, recovery and other parameters. I also like the blood pressure option. It is an estimate but I check it with a blood pressure cuff and jt is pretty close.

Use it for running, lifting, swimming, and everyday wear. So far it's great! Durability, adjustable fit, and sporty design!

It's really great, fit very well and very comfortable

Good quality but the adjustment notches are too far apart and it's not possible to dial in a good fit unless your wrist sizes perfectly to one of the notches. On one notch it's uncomfortably tight but if I loosen it one hole it's too loose and I don't get good data. It's a shame because I wanted to like this

Best to use this band for sports..

Way better than the cloth bands. Why its $60 is beyond me. I cant imagine these things having a lot of cost to make them.The cost brings it down to 3 stars for me. I feel taken advantage of. Its a piece of rubber.
