No light. A nice soft roll-up cover. You won’t be disappointed.

Can this be removed and put back on? My truck is parked outside and the sun ruins everything in AZ.

Yes, very easily. You can keep the rails on and just roll up. You can also loosen the two screws at the top near the cab and completely remove, still leaving the rails.

What kind of weather sealing does this have or comes with it?

It is a foam weather stripping. It seals really well. Also the extra seals it comes with are of the same material.
