I love that the pads are already attached to the sticky part. I bought ones before that don’t have it already secure. These are great. I use them all the time and I would definitely buy again..

These work!
I only used them one night so far &as soon as I put them on my feet I was knocked out in about 20 min. They smell like jerky doggie treats in the morning but I look forward to seeing the long term benefits.

It was dark every morning when I took it off but my feet hurt more now than before I use this, waste of money

Same results as everyone else
It just seems too coincidental that we get all the same results in the family and my friends that tried it, I may be wrong but I just think it's a gimmick and that once your feet sweats and it activates the stuff behind the pad it looks bad. I want to believe it's true but after using all of them my husband and I did not feel any different or sleep better or anything. I may be completely wrong but this is just my opinion.

Perfect Self-Care Addition
I recently gave these foot pads a try and I have to say, they were a pleasant surprise. These pads are a nice self-care treatment to add into the nightly routine and the results in the morning are worth it!Applying them is straightforward, and each set is individually wrapped, which is nice. They stayed in place all night, even with having to get up a few times with little ones. I was intrigued to see the pads had darkened a lot, which is marketed as a sign of drawing out impurities. These are definitely worth giving a try!

wuhoo. foot pads. I have always been wanting to try these. so one day, i saw a video of a person that tried this and so i decided why not. I have always been on a hunt of a great way to make my body feel healthy. it says that it remove toxic waste in the body. im all for that.First of all, it is easy to use. you just wash your feet, stick it to the bottom and then peel it. I saw a black gunk. lol it was gross but hey, if thats all the toxins i have in my body why not. The smell threw me off a little bit. it smells sour. but all natural stuff are stinky anyway. Its tolerable though. so nothing extreme.i did not experience any pain or any kind of discomfort so that is great,
